Our Story

Why I started Aline

I started Aline because I was tired of the same problem every time I bought clothes. Cheaper brands kept the price low, but the size never matched properly. Many of them follow UK or US body sizes, which don't suit Indian bodies. And even when the size was close, the fabric, finishing and stitching let them down.

On the other side, premium brands got the quality right, but I had to pay a 'logo tax' just for the name. I never found one brand that gave good fit, good quality and an honest price together. So I decided to build it.

Aline is that brand: made for Indian body sizes, with premium fabric, clean stitching and prices without the logo tax.

How does pre-order work?

Choose color and size, tap Pre-Order via WhatsApp or Email, and a ready message opens. We reply to confirm details and payment.

What are Aline's sizes based on?

Aline clothes are made on Indian body sizes, not UK or US sizes. Check the Size Guide on any product for exact measurements.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery takes 3 to 10 days.

What is the return & exchange policy?

You can return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to these terms:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed and have its tags.
  • Send your request on WhatsApp with photos of the item.
  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we replace it at our cost.
  • Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash.
How do Circular Rewards work?
  • Return your old Aline clothes (only Aline, in clean condition) and earn reward tokens. Token values will be announced at launch.
  • Use your tokens whenever you like, with no time limit.
  • When your tokens equal the product price, you can buy it without paying money.
  • To use tokens, message us on WhatsApp with the product, color, size and your token balance. We confirm and deduct them.
  • Tokens are for Aline products only and cannot be converted to cash.
